PROCISSÃO
DO FOGARÉU
Aconteceu nesta Quinta – Feira Santa, 02.04.2015,
na Paróquia Menino Jesus de Praga, a conhecida Procissão do Fogaréu, em outras
palavras, a prisão de Jesus Cristo.
“Judas arrumou uma tropa e alguns guardas dos chefes dos sacerdotes e
fariseus e chegou ao jardim com lanternas, tochas e armas” (Jo 18, 3).
Um
beijo traiçoeiro na face de Jesus Cristo marcou a traição de Judas. “Então a
tropa, o comandante e os guardas das autoridades dos judeus prenderam e
amarraram Jesus” (Jo 18, 12). Era o começo de algumas horas de intenso
sofrimento. Julgado por pessoas que não tinham condições nenhuma de proceder
tal julgamento.
A
procissão do Fogaréu teve seu início na Comunidade Santa Luzia e terminou na
comunidade Menino Jesus de Praga onde foi realizada na Igreja Matriz a Santa
Missa da Ceia do Senhor.

SANTA
MISSA DA CEIA DO SENHOR
Com
a chegada da procissão do Fogaréu à Igreja Matriz, deu-se início a Santa Missa
da Ceia do Senhor. Após a homília foi realizada a cerimônia do Lava-Pés.
“Colocou água na bacia e começou a lavar os pés dos discípulos, enxugando com a
toalha que tinha na cintura” ( Jo 13, 5 ).
Ao
término da Santa Missa, começou a Adoração ao Santíssimo Sacramento. “...
Fiquem aqui e vigiem comigo.” ( Mt 26.
38 ). Convém lembrar que, foi nesse dia, que Jesus Cristo instituiu a
EUCARISTIA como nosso alimento.
